WHAT’S INCLUDED?
Your Entertainment Pass provides access to the Napa Jungle & DnB Weekender 2027 entertainment programme.
Full event schedules, venues, DJs, MCs, hosts and further announcements will be released in the lead-up to the weekender.
VIP Entertainment Pass holders will also receive access to the VIP Boat Party.
IMPORTANT: FLIGHTS & ACCOMMODATION
Flights, accommodation and airport transfers are NOT included in the Entertainment Pass price.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own:
* Flights
* Accommodation
* Airport transfers
* Travel to and from events where applicable
* Personal expenses

PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans are available exclusively through Skiddle.com on selected Entertainment Passes.
Customers choosing the payment-plan option through Skiddle.com can secure their place with a £50 deposit per person.
The initial £50 deposit is non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all remaining instalments are paid by the dates stated when booking.

REFUND POLICY
Entertainment Passes are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the applicable cancellation terms provide otherwise.
Please make sure you are able to attend the weekender before purchasing your pass and making any separate travel or accommodation arrangements.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend purchasing appropriate travel insurance as soon as you book.
Your chosen policy should provide the level of protection suitable for your individual circumstances, which may include cover for:
* Cancellation
* Medical expenses
* Travel disruption
* Flight delays or cancellations
* Lost or stolen belongings
* Other circumstances covered by your chosen policy
Travel insurance policies and levels of cover vary. It is each customer’s responsibility to check the policy wording, exclusions and level of cover before purchasing.
The event organisers are not responsible for losses arising from a customer’s individual travel arrangements where responsibility does not legally rest with the organiser.
PASSPORTS & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have:
* A valid passport
* Any necessary travel documentation
* Appropriate travel insurance
* Met the applicable entry requirements for Cyprus

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing an Early Bird Entertainment Pass, Standard Entertainment Pass or VIP Entertainment Pass for the Napa Jungle & DnB Weekender, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Booking Terms & Conditions. If you are purchasing passes on behalf of other members of your party, you confirm that you have their authority to accept these Terms & Conditions on their behalf.
1. Booking & Payment
Customers may either:
* Pay the full amount at the time of booking; or
* Where booking through Skiddle.com, secure their place with a non-refundable £50 deposit per person and pay the remaining balance through the available payment plan.
Payment plans are available exclusively through Skiddle.com.
The £50 deposit is only available for customers choosing the payment-plan option through Skiddle.com.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 8 weeks before the event.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in your Entertainment Pass being cancelled and any monies already paid being forfeited.
2. Entertainment Passes
We currently offer the following passes:
* Early Bird Entertainment Pass – £150 — limited availability and entry to all main events across the weekender
* Standard Entertainment Pass – £200 — entry to all main events across the weekender
* VIP Entertainment Pass – £250 — entry to all main events across the weekender plus the VIP Boat Party
The VIP Boat Party is included with the VIP Entertainment Pass only and is not part of the Early Bird or Standard Entertainment Pass.
Each Entertainment Pass includes only the benefits advertised at the time of purchase.
Any additional activities, excursions or special experiences not specifically included within your Entertainment Pass may be available at an additional cost.
3. Event Information
Artists, DJs, MCs, hosts, venues, schedules, event times and entertainment programmes are subject to change where necessary.
The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes without prior notice. Such changes do not automatically entitle customers to a refund.
4. Optional Activities
Additional activities, excursions, boat parties and special experiences may be offered throughout the weekender at an additional charge.
Participation in these activities is entirely optional and subject to availability.
The VIP Boat Party is included in the VIP Entertainment Pass and is therefore not an additional charge for VIP Entertainment Pass holders.
5. Photography & Filming
Photography and video recording may take place throughout the event.
By attending the Napa Jungle & DnB Weekender, you consent to photographs and videos featuring you being used by the organisers for promotional, advertising, website and social media purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please notify the organisers before attending.
6. Behaviour
All guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, venues and local residents.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove from any event, anyone whose behaviour is abusive, threatening, violent, dangerous, illegal or likely to negatively affect the experience of others.
No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
7. Cancellation by You
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
The £50 deposit paid when using the Skiddle.com payment-plan option is strictly non-refundable.
If you have paid in full and wish to cancel your booking, any refund will be considered in accordance with the cancellation policy in place at the time of cancellation.
8. Cancellation by the Organisers
Should the Napa Jungle & DnB Weekender be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organisers’ reasonable control, customers will be offered an alternative event date or a refund for the value of their Entertainment Pass, where appropriate.
The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable amendments to the event where necessary.
9. Liability
Whilst every effort is made to deliver the advertised event, the organisers shall not be liable for delays, interruptions or changes caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, government restrictions, venue issues, supplier failures or other unforeseen events.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded by law.
10. Personal Information
Your personal information will be used solely for processing your booking, communicating important event information and providing customer support.
Your information may be shared with trusted service providers where necessary to administer your booking.
We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
11. Acceptance
By completing your booking and purchasing an Entertainment Pass, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Booking Terms & Conditions.
