YourEntry(the “Platform”)
Effective date: 10 October 2025

1. Introduction

These Terms& Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the YourEntry website, app, andticket-purchase services (collectively, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not usethe Platform.
We may update these Terms occasionally; the version published on the site/appis binding.

2. Definitions

• User: anyone accessing or purchasing     tickets.
• Organizer: the person or company     responsible for an event.
• Ticket: an entitlement to attend an     event, purchased via YourEntry or an embedded third-party system such as     Ticket Tailor.
• Platform: the YourEntry website and     mobile app.

3. Accounts

You may needto register to buy tickets. You agree to provide accurate information and keeplogin details secure. We may suspend or close your account if misuse or fraudis suspected.

4. Ticket Sales & Payments

Tickets aresold through the Platform or third-party providers. All prices are displayedclearly at checkout and include taxes or fees where applicable.
YourEntry acts as a ticketing intermediary — for most events, the Organizerremains the primary seller and issuer.

5. Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Event cancelled: if the event is cancelled (and     not rescheduled), you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price.
• Event rescheduled: if the date or venue changes,     you can accept the new date or request a refund.
• Change of mind: under UK law, tickets for a     specific date or performance are exempt from the standard 14-day     cooling-off period, so refunds aren’t required for non-attendance unless     the Organizer allows it.
• Refund process: if eligible, refunds are     issued within 14 days of confirmation.
• Organizer policy: refund deadlines may vary     (e.g., up to 14 days before event); these are shown on each event page.

6. Admission & Conduct

Admissionrequires valid tickets and compliance with event or venue rules. Organizers mayrefuse entry for safety, misconduct, or policy breaches.
YourEntry is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or costs beyondthe ticket price.

7. Ticket Use & Resale

Tickets arenon-transferable unless the event listing states otherwise. Unauthorized resaleor duplication may result in refusal of entry.

8. Liability

YourEntryprovides the Platform “as is.” We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g.,travel or accommodation) or issues caused by the Organizer.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the ticket. Nothingexcludes liability for death or injury caused by negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

Allbranding, design, and content on the Platform remain the property of YourEntry.You may not reproduce or reuse without permission.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Termsare governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes may be brought before the courts of that jurisdiction or throughapproved Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms.
